Through her professional expertise and lived experience, Samantha understands the structural barriers many communities face in accessing employment and progression.
She founded Inspired Ripple Impact CIC to bridge that gap — equipping people with the confidence, skills, and support networks needed to thrive.
Her work is rooted in compassion, accountability, and a belief that when one person rises, whole communities benefit.
